Συνταγές μαγειρικής - Χαΐνηδες

Από μικρή της άρεσε μες στην κουζίνα μόνη
τις ώρες να σκοτώνει
με τη μαγειρική
και πέφτανε τα δάκρυα θυμώντας τη ζωή της
και δίναν στο φαΐ της
μιά γεύση μαγική.

Κύμινο μοσχοκάριδο και κόκκινο πιπέρι
ποτέ δεν είχε ταίρι
ν' αλλάξει μιά ευχή
να χαμηλώσειs τη φωτιά μετά την πρώτη βράση
να γίνονταν η πλάση
ξανά από την αρχή.

Ψιλοκομένος μαϊντανός και σκόρδο μιά σκελίδα
νά 'φεγγε μιά ελπίδα
στα μάτια τα μελιά
και προς το τέλος πρόσθεσε ένα ποτήρι λάδι
νά 'νοιωθε ένα χάδι
μιά μέρα στα μαλλιά.

Μιά νύχτα έπιασε φωτιά μέσα στο μαγερειό της
πού 'κανε το φευγιό της
να μοιάζει με γιορτή
τέτοια που γύρω φύτρωσαν άσπρα του γάμου κρίνα
ολόιδια με κείνα
που είχε ονειρευτεί.

Πόσες καρδιές που γίνανε αναλαμπή κι αθάλη
μας κάνανε μεγάλη
κάποια μικρή στιγμή
κι αθόρυβα διαβήκανε απ' της ζωής την άκρη
χωρίς ν' αφήσει δάκρυ
σε μάγουλο γραμμή.
